Le Base a été conçu en 2009 comme accessoire pour Kubus et Line afin de protéger les surfaces des gouttes de cire de bougie. Le Base encadre magnifiquement les bougeoirs et souligne le design simple de Kubus et Line. Le Base a été conçu avec le plus grand respect pour l'architecte Mogens Lassen, à la fois en tant qu'architecte et designer.
