一件設計要稱得上「永恆」，究竟意味著什麼？在 Audo，我們將這個詞應用於那些承載著原型重量、回溯過往時代、呼應熟悉形式的設計。同時，這些設計的簡潔性又讓它們無庸置疑地現代。它們幾乎沒有裝飾，每個元素都承載著意義與目的。Cast 照明系列正是如此。Chung 與 Murphy 最初以古老的鉛錘為靈感，設計出這款鑄鋁吊燈——自古埃及時代以來，泥瓦匠與木匠便一直將鉛錘懸掛在線繩上，以確定真正的垂直線。
延續吊燈的圖形表現，Cast 壁燈也加入了新的組件，以建立獨特的身份。因此，它不僅能與 Cast 吊燈完美搭配，也能獨自優雅地懸掛，為起居空間、飯店客房或走廊區域帶來柔和、無眩光的光線。精心設計的拉絲黃銅垂直桿與安裝板，創造出引人入勝的造型，能自然融入任何空間的裝潢中。與 Cast 吊燈一樣，Cast 壁燈也適用於商業與住宅用途。
I was a little worried the sconce would look too heavy on the wall, but the archetypal silhouette actually keeps it feeling grounded and elegant. The casting detail catches the light in a way that makes the whole hallway feel more intentional, even when it's off.
The light it casts has this soft, warm glow that makes the whole hallway feel calmer at night, and the way the sconce hugs the wall is genuinely striking. Installation took me under fifteen minutes, which was a pleasant surprise for something this solidly built.
The sculptural form catches the light beautifully during the day, but it’s at night when the glow feels warm and almost nostalgic, like a candle’s memory. The finish has a nice, even texture that doesn’t show fingerprints, and the fixture feels solid when you adjust it.
