Canvas 2 är ett strukturerat och slitstarkt kamgarnstyg för klädsel, idealiskt för stora ytor. Tyget har en subtil väv som består av tre mélangegarner för färgrikedom och textur. På avstånd framstår det som ett lugnt, enfärgat tyg, men vid närmare anblick avslöjar det sex färgnyanser.
The weave feels dense and substantial under my hand, which gives me confidence it will hold up on our large sofa. I was surprised by how much depth the mélange yarns add to the color when you look at it from different angles.
The three mélange yarns give this upholstery fabric a depth of color that looks more expensive than it is, and it handled my heavy dining chairs without sagging.
This fabric is surprisingly soft for wool, and the subtle three-yarn weave gives it a really rich, deep color. We used it to reupholster a large sofa and it handled the staple gun beautifully without any fraying.
