Installed this on bar stools that see nonstop abuse, and the surface wipes clean in seconds without a hint of wear. The polyurethane has a nice give to it, feels more premium than the price suggests. Perfect for a busy lounge where spills are just part of the night.

The texture is surprisingly convincing for a synthetic—guests keep assuming it's real leather until they touch it. We've had it in our dining area for a few months now and the high-traffic wear is barely showing.
