Alun perin nimellä Model 9 tunnettu Oda-tuoli oli alusta alkaen kunnianhimoinen muotoilu. Arnold Madsenin noin vuonna 1956 luoma nojatuolin esteettinen uudelleentulkinta on monimutkainen hevosenkengän muotoinen rakenne, jossa on integroitu niskatuki ja kauniisti sisällytetyt puiset käsinojat. Mukavaa tukea tarjoava syleilevä muotoilu alun perin – ja virheellisesti – liitettiin Nanna Ditzeliin. Vuonna 2022 se oikeutetusti kreditoitiin Madsenille.
