Der Afteroom Stuhl besticht durch seine minimalistische Eleganz und ist eine Hommage an den Funktionalismus und die Bauhaus-Schule. Seit seiner Einführung im Jahr 2012 ist er ein Bestseller von Audo. Der Stuhl ist das Werk des jungen, in Stockholm ansässigen Designstudios Afteroom, gegründet von den Designern Hung-Ming Chen und Chen-Yen Wei. Mit Afteroom Plus heben die beiden den Stuhl auf ein neues Niveau, indem sie neue Bar- und Thekenvarianten in die Afteroom Stuhlfamilie aufnehmen.

Wie das Original ist der Hocker reduziert und von unnötigen Komponenten befreit, bietet aber nun zusätzlich eine breitere Rückenlehne und eine luxuriöse Polsterung von Sitz und Rückenlehne. Das Ergebnis ist ein herrlich schlichter Stuhl, der Minimalismus und Stil vereint und in jedem Raum zum Blickfang wird.
